Jeremy began his career at C&J Energy Services in field operations, gaining hands-on experience with the operational challenges and customer requirements that define the energy services industry. While building this foundation, he completed his BBA in Accounting and Finance at Northeastern State University. He then transitioned to GE Oil & Gas, where he spent three years in business development, partnering with engineering teams to structure integrated solutions for major energy sector accounts.
In 2015, Jeremy joined Cactus Wellhead, where his eight-year tenure saw him advance through progressively senior operational roles. Starting in account management, he quickly moved into supply chain operations, then expanded his scope to encompass business efficiency and process improvement initiatives. His final years at Cactus focused on leading enterprise-wide business transformation programs, where he drove digital modernization efforts that delivered significant improvements in operational efficiency and significant cost reductions across multiple business units. This progression from tactical operations to strategic transformation leadership provided the comprehensive experience base that would become the foundation for his role at jayBird.
Today, Jeremy specializes in helping organizations navigate complex transformation initiatives, from initial strategy development through implementation and value capture. His consulting approach emphasizes practical, data-driven solutions that deliver near-term results while building sustainable operational capabilities. He has particular expertise in digital transformation for industrial companies, supply chain optimization, and operational excellence programs.
